A: Simply head to Heatherton's main reception desk to check in.
Q: How early should we arrive before our booked time?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time so we can take you up to the escape rooms and explain how everything works.
Q: What time is the latest escape room session?
A: Our latest escape room session is usually 5.30pm - simply check availability online here
Q: Are any of the escape rooms suitable for children?
A: Yes, both our Wizard's Lair and Captain's Treasure Room are family friendly escape rooms. Generally we say youngsters can actively take part in the problem solving from age 12, but children of any age are welcome to join in the fun!
Q: Which is the most difficult escape room?
A: Our chilling Tenby Asylum is our most difficult room - rated 5/5 for difficulty!
Q: What if we can't solve the mystery? Are we locked in?
A: Don't worry, our hosts will be on hand to give you some subtle hints from above should you need it!
Q: Are there live actors?
A: No, we don't have live actors in our escape rooms.
Q: Can we bring drinks in with us?
Cups and bottles with lids are fine to bring in with you.
Q: Is there anywhere secure to put our bags and coats?
Yes, we have free lockers for guests to use.
Q: Can I check escape room availability online?
A: Of course - you can check our live availability online here
Q: Do we need to book escape rooms in advance?
A: We highly recommend booking early, especially on weekends and school holidays when we are often fully booked several days in advance.
Q: Are any of the escape rooms accessible?
A: Yes, all three escape rooms are wheelchair accessible, with The Wizard's Lair and Tenby Asylum being most spacious. Please note there's a slight raised lip at the beginning of The Captain's Treasure Room. You'll find an accessible toilet near our Escape Rooms reception and we have a hearing loop on reception.
Q: Are dogs allowed in the escape rooms?
Although the main park is very dog friendly, we're afraid dogs aren't allowed in the escape rooms.

Q: Do you have any on-site accommodation?
